What does RUO mean?
RUO stands for "Research Use Only." It means a product is intended exclusively for laboratory and in vitro research by qualified professionals, and is not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.
What purity do you provide?
Research compounds in our catalog are associated with independent analytical testing intended to verify identity and purity. Specific purity data for a given lot is available through our COA Library or by contacting our team with your order details.
How are products tested?
Materials are associated with third-party analytical methods such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry, used to verify identity and purity prior to listing.
How are products shipped?

How should research materials be stored?
General guidance is to store materials in a cool, dry location, protected from light and moisture, following any handling notes provided with your order. This is general storage guidance only, not usage or dosing instruction.
Do you offer refunds?
