• Delivery within 3 business days: available where applicable, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Overnight Shipping / Next Day Air: delivery within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands: USPS Priority Mail, usually 5–7 business days.
• International Shipping: not available at this time.

Rural areas may experience slight delays. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Smart Human Corp is not responsible for carrier transit delays, and refunds are not issued due to transit delays.

Once a vial or package has been opened, reconstituted, or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned, as we cannot verify storage conditions after it leaves our facility.
